        • To secure your event date a 50% non-refundable deposit is due. This will be put towards your total. The final balance is due on the day of the event before set up is completed. We accept Zelle, cash app, Apple Pay, Venmo, and PayPal. In the unfortunate circumstances that you need to cancel, your deposit will be put toward any future rentals from you in 2026/2027. We require at least 7 days notice unless it is an emergency within 48 hours of your event. The rental includes everything you need to hang decor safely, stakes, and sandbags if needed. Delivery fees cover complete set up/take down of backdrops and any decor added. Please have any decor that you will be adding prepped and ready before the arrival time. Please refrain from any colored powder, sparklers, or food anywhere near the white covers for our metal arches. If any damage occurs to any rental during your event, you will be responsible & charged. Delivery fee of $50 fee is applied.
