Instructions:
In accordance with BC Hockey Policy C.08 Section II b:

Anyone who participates in a non-sanctioned game after the Cut-off date (Sept 30) may seek early reinstatement of their eligibility to participate in sanctioned BC Hockey programs by applying for such reinstatment based on there being special circumstances. BC Hockey shall return complete discretion in terms of garnting, or not, early reinstatment if satisfed that special circumstances exist. Requests must follow the steps outlined below and be submitted by the participant or the guardians of the participant seeking reinstatement.  

Reinstatement Request Process

1. Completion of the Policy C.08 Reinstatment Request Form

2. Inclsion of a letter of position from the participant's prospective Member organization (e.g. MHA or program) that includes the following information;

1. The participant seeking reinstatment confrimed the ceasation of all NSL participation for the remainder of the current season.
2. The participant seeking reinstatment has been identified for the addition to an existing team roster within an applicable category of play.
3. The participant seeking reinstatment does not cause the displacment of any existing registered players on the team or program roster within the prospective organization's programming.
4. Any other relevant information that may provide rationale to the special circumstances to which the request should be considered.

3. A letter of position from the applicable regional Member regarding the information provided by the Member organization listed in #2 regarding the participant's request for reinstatement (e.g. District MHA or League).
