  • Hey There & Thanks for your interest in being apart of our Event!

    We are seeking vendors that would sell well at a Conference Catered to Working Mothers such as beauty, candles, jewelry, clothing/shoes, accessories, children/kid items, home decor, unique items, etc. This show will have 10 vendor booths in total. Upon completing your application, our team will review it and respond to you via email on our decision. It can take a few days for responses, so please be patient with us. Please understand that submitting an application, DOES NOT guarentee a spot for the Pop Up Shop. If you are approved as a vendor, your contract and request for payment will be sent via email and is due immediately to secure your spot.

    Please do not give your personal information or payment to anyone else outisde of The Mom Power Inc. Team - Bunny, Desree, Marissa, and Nezzie. Thanks and so excited to have you!

  • Vendor Booth Details:

    Single Booth includes an approx. 8ft x 6ft (48 sqft) area. ($100)

    • Each package includes:
      • 1 Table + 1 chair (Vendor should bring their own table cloth)
        • FREE (1) Breakfast Meal + FREE Coffee
        • FREE (1) Lunch Meal
        • FREE (1) Admission to Mom Power Conference
        • FREE Networking Opportunities & Connections
        • FREE Event Parking
      • Important Note: If you will be having booth helper(s), there is an additional $25 fee per person to cover the cost of their meals (Breakfast, Coffee, Lunch, etc.) No exceptions.

    We want everyone to have a fun and enjoyable experience with us. Please read this page entirely to understand our terms and conditions to be considered a participating vendor for our event. Thanks!

     

    Set Up Details

    • Event will be held on Saturday, Nov. 4th Set up times will be the night priors (details closer to the event) and the morning of starting at 7AM - 8AM. All vendors must be present and have booth ready to sell by 8AM. Doors Open at 8:00AM and Event is 8:30AM - 3:30PM at The MCC  Swanson Conference Center (5730 N. 30th St. #22 Omaha, NE 68111)  

    Vendor Etiquette

    • Vendor agrees to keep their area clean. Upon departure, all trash needs to be picked up and the area left the same way as when you arrived.

    Booth Supplies & Equipment

    • The vendor is responsible for providing any and all equipment needed to unload and load supplies. As well as anything needed to complete their booth set up, with the exception of one table and chairs. Please Note: No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be placed on any walls or floors.

    Booth Space & Merchandise

    • Please understand that this is a Positive Organization, so items referencing sex/drug/alcohol, hate/racial speech, inappropriate language, etc. are not allowed to be displayed or sold. 

    Booth Display

    • Merchandise must be displayed in a way that looks pleasing and inviting. Remember that a fun and creative display of your products will generate MORE SALES FOR YOU!

    Advertising & Promotion

    • Promoting the Event is a combined effort from everyone who is involved including you. 

    Payment/Cancellations

    • All payments are final and non-refundable or transferable. We have a rain or shine policy. If you are unable to attend no refund will be given.

    How To Secure Your Booth

    • The vendor should first complete this application. Once our team has reviewed it, we will respond to you via email with our decision. If you are approved, a request for payment will be sent to you via email. Payments will be accepted via Sqaure and is due immediately to secure your booth. Your booth is not secured until payment has been made in full. If vendor booths sell out prior to you making payment, we will add you to our waiting list.
