Would you like to participate in our giveaway? We would like to have a small item from each vendor to include in a gift bag (or two) to giveaway ahead of time (and possibly on site) to encourage attendance. What item could you offer?

Table Fee
In order to reserve your spot at the market, we are charging a non-refundable table fee of $50 per day. For this fee, you will be provided: a 6’ table under cover, one chair, wifi access, branded content for social media posts and advertising on our social media. This fee is due by October 15, 2025 and will hold your space for the market. Payment due via Venmo to @arrowheadranchfoundation, cash or check.
Sellers agree to be Responsible for the Following:
1. Providing all their own display and set up supplies. (except table)-set up will be from 8:00 AM-9:30 AM. Set up must be complete by 9:30 AM. We will have a vendor meeting at 9:30 AM to celebrate the market start and go over some logistics. 2. Collecting and hauling any trash-accepting payments for their products. 3. Knowing and following applicable tax and licensing laws.-purchasing event insurance, if wanted (our insurance will not cover any seller’s equipment or products). 4. Advertising this event on social media twice per week for the 6 weeks prior to the event. All vendors will be provided branded content to post. 5. Staying until the close of the market (4:00 PM); no early packing up. Please respect our customers, other vendors, and Arrowhead Ranch. When someone is packing up, it signals to customers that the event is over. We want customers to come and stay and shop 6. Please be considerate.-note: no smoking or pets allowed

Release of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement
The seller(s) shall indemnify and hold harmless Arrowhead Ranch and its agents and volunteers from and against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses including (i) conduct of management, (ii) any act, omission, or negligence of the seller(s), (iii) any accident, injury or damage whatsoever occurring in or at the premises.
