    This project total includes delivery, blocking/bracing, steel hurricane strapping, HVAC, hard plumbing to city water & sewer, and One-Year manufacturers warranty on the unit. This price does not include sales tax (6.5%), tag & title ($325 in. Bradford County). If you altered the floor plan by adding a stretch/windows/bathrooms etc, or removed any of those items, or made alterations to the walls, an engineering fee will be added to your final invoice for the special request. This estimate is subject to change based on availability of inventory. This is only an estimation tool.
