*NOTE: Orders placed with less than 1 week (7 days) notice are subject to a rush fee of 25% of the total.

Please upload an inspirational picture of the style/design you are after. It can be an idea you have found on Google or a picture you may have drawn yourself.  The more ideas you are able to show us, the closer we can get to designing your perfect cake. Please note that we CANNOT/DO NOT replicate another cake artist's work to the T, but we will use inspirational pictures to create something similar with our unique touch. If you are having trouble uploading your images, email them to info@artisanbuttercream.com

Please allow 24-48 business hours (not including weekends) for a response. Check your spam folder for the invoice, in case it doesn't show up in your inbox. 

Orders require a 50% non-refundable retainer (deposit) to secure your date which is based on availability. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your event date.

**Last minute orders (7 days or less) must be PAID IN FULL upon reciept of the invoice.**
