  • Service Adjustment Policy:

     

    Your satisfaction is the highest priority. If you are not completely content, please let me know during your service or within 7 days after your service has been performed. I am committed to making any needed corrections, as long as it falls within the services discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. I will be pleased to accomodate you free of charge in most circumstances. For said complimentary service to be done, the request must be made within 7 days of your initial appointment.

  • Cancellation Policy:

     

    Lane Hair Lounge has the following cancellation and no-show policy to ensure mutual respect for one another.

     

    When you schedule an appointment, this time is reserved exclusively for you. A credit card on file is required to book an appointment.

     

    I understand that schedules change and you may not be able to make it to an appointment. In that case, Lane Hair Lounge requires a 48 hour notice for any appointment reschedules or cancellations. Appointments cancelled within the 48 hour window, or for clients who do not show up to their appointment without informing me ("no-show") a charge of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.

     

    If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I may need to reschedule if the appointment cannot be completed in the remaining time. If I do not hear from you 15 minutes into your scheduled appointment, it will be considered a no-show. Your card will then be charged 50% of your scheduled service.

     

    I understand that things happen, and that is why I allow each client one grace appointment for cancellations or no-shows.

     

  • Payment & Card Authorization:

     

    Lane Hair Lounge accepts all major credit/debit cards, and cash. When using cash, please try to have exact amounts due. Payment is due in full at the end of each appointment. 

    By placing a card on file, you authorize us to charge for late cancellations, and no-shows per our policies. Your card is stored securely through our booking system.
