  • I currently have limited openings for new color clients. Please fill out the form below and if I am not able to get you in I will notify you about adding you to my waitlist. I will do my best to get you all on my books! I will try to get back to you within 2-3 business days from completion date of the application.

    This form is for any new client that is wanting to book a color service. The services I offer are located on my website. I do not offer any reds, vivid colors, or on the scalp lightening services. This form will help me get a better understanding of you and your hair to ensure the start of giving you the best possible experience. 

  • SHOW ME YOUR CURRENT HAIR
    Please follow the instructions below and upload CURRENT photos of your hair.
    This is the most important part of the application. If you do not submit photos accordingly to the above instructions, your form will be deleted. You may re submit your application in the case of this happenin.

     

    -Please use your cell phone

    -MUST BE PHOTOS OF YOUR CURRENT HAIR

    -Take in the best natural light available to you. ( Photos taken usually up near a window or door entry to outside usually give the best light ) PLEASE NO FLASH

    -I need THREE photos:

    FRONT , BACK , SIDE

    I understand if you need to take these yourself, but if you are able to have someone take them for you that is helpful!

  • *A FIRST TIME COLOR APPOINTMENT IS BOOKED OUT FOR 3-4 HOURS WITH ME*

    In order to book an appointment there is a $50 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.

    *This desposit will go towards the cost of your appointment the day of. The remaining balance of your appointment will be due the day of.

    CANCELATION POLICY 

    Please contact via email or my direct number to cancel any appointment with at least 48 hours of notice.

    If a less than 48-hour notice is given, then 50% of the service fee will be charged to the credit card on file. 

    Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours, same day are subject to be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

    In the event the guest does not show up for the scheduled appointment and fails to give any notice, the guest is considered a "no show" and 100% of the service fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
