Please confirm you are 18+ with valid I.D. If your request is accepted a deposit of $25 for each design will be required to confirm the appointment. This amount will be deducted from the total cost after the tattoo is finished. It’s nonrefundable but transfers to another date if we need to reschedule with at least 48hr notice.
