Guidelines & Conditions:

- Applicants must be aged 13+

- All pieces must be unique and original

- Participants are only allowed to present one piece, and should be in Tagalog and or Bisaya

- All submissions will be judged based on creativity, delivery and originality of the repurposed barrel
