Carols by Candlelight Friday 15th December 2023 6pm – 9pm

Held at Council Offices in South Morang this event attracts over 2000 people at this picnic style family friendly event.

Event 2

City of Whittlesea Community Festival Sunday 17th March 2024 11am – 5pm

Held at Council Offices in South Morang this event attracts over 8,000 people over the day. With multiple performances stages, theatre performances and children’s activities, food and market stalls this event is a celebration of community.

The following costs apply for vendors at each event:

Carols By Candlelight

Commercial food and market stalls          $250 incl GST

Community Stall holders                            $100 inc GST

(Community stall holders includes: Not for Profit, Artists and Makers Sole traders)

All stalls have access to power, please provide requirements in the field below.

Commercial market stall                            $175 inc GST (own/no infrastructure required)

Commercial market stall                            $250 inc GST (infrastructure required)

Community market Stall                             $100 inc GST (own/no infrastructure required)
