I expect honesty with food measuring and check ins. If your weight hasn't moved because you went off diet, my only solution is to lower calories, and this can lead to excessively low calories if there is a deviation every week. If we get to a point where your calories are to low, and your not losing weight, we will have to reassess going forward.
There will be small bouts of cardio to ensure proper recovery, adequate warm ups and weight loss goals. Again please be sure to note if you miss any.
If we are working on body composition goals i will expect pictures every SATURDAY in the am before eating with weight - pictures can be just front and back. I will also expect you to fill in your weigh in column in your program as well
Your payment date will be recorded in your payment/info page, please be sure to be timely with continuing payments
I simply charge 200$ a month with a firm 2-3 month commitment (money doesnt have to be up front)
