    At Led By Design. we're always on the hunt for experts who have something to show and tell in the world of Design Operations, 
    Strategy, Leadership, and Culture. Our main principle is "Show, don't Tell" — we don't just talk about the topic, but back it with relevant, lived personal stories, experiences, and examples, along with tips and advice on how to actually put it in practice. 

    Speaker profiles

    Apart from senior professionals in the UX / Product design domain, we're committed to breaking the bubble and hearing from our Allies and other professionals who collaborate with Design like Developers, PMs, Marketers, Recruiters, Analysts, and others, as long as their session is the result of their genuine experience and expertise, and aligns well with topics above to ensure it brings value to the target audience. At the moment, we cannot accept speakers whose proposals are at the core all about selling their products and services as this would qualify as a sponsor request, not a community contribution.

  • Target audience

    Our audience consists of international senior individual contributors, managers, and emerging and seasoned leaders. Keep this in mind when crafting your submission to ensure your topic brings valuable insights to our community. Our events are held in English.

    Formats

    Besides traditional formats like talks and panels, we can consider organizing closed, interactive, or unconventional events, like round-table breakfasts or hackathons. Please note that right now we're focused on in-person events in Berlin, Germany, without the possibility of remote participation or streaming. We are not able to offer reimbursement for travel and any other expenses.

    Our free meetups offer a platform for the professional exchange of the best practices and experiences in the Product / UX Design and DesignOps field and as such, it excludes the possibility of selling products or services without offering practical value and insights they can apply.
