Writer Submissions for AIR Edition

Terms & Conditions

By submitting your concept to us, the Writer:

1. Agrees that the involved team of the ALANAmagazine may reproduce, transmit, share, and otherwise freely use the creation submitted, subject to applicable law; and
2. Authorizes the ALANAmagazine to use without compensation the Writer’s name and the work of art for purposes of advertising, promoting, and marketing within the context of the ALANAmagazine.

The Writer may revoke such authorization at any time before the closing deadline of the ALANAmagazine AIR Edition for any reason or for no reason in a written notice addressed to Stella Achenbach at contact@the-alana-project.xyz

By submitting a written piece to this form, the Writer represents and warrants to the ALANAmagazine as follows:

• The Writer is at least 18 years of age;
• The Writer is the sole owner and sole author of the written piece being submitted;
• To the best of the Writer’s knowledge, the work being submitted does not infringe on the intellectual property right of any third party, nor does the written piece contain any trademarked or copyrighted material not owned by the Writer.

The ALANAmagazine acknowledges that the Writer retains full copyright of every submission made to this form.
