  • The Arts Federation facility is available to rent for events that align with our mission to grow the arts through access, experience, and opportunity.

    Please complete this form if you are:

    • a TAF member in good standing requesting to use the Wells Grand Reception Hall (performance area)
    • a non-member requesting to use any part of the facility

    Forms must be submitted AT LEAST FOUR WEEKS IN ADVANCE to receive priority consideration. In order to allow for adequate time and scheduling, THREE MONTHS IN ADVANCE is required for events with live music to allow adequate time for scheduling.     Allow 3-5 business days for review of your request.

    Please note that your rental is NOT CONFIRMED until we receive a signed rental contract and a 50% deposit. For questions, please email info@theartsfederation.org.
