AO Unable to login - please have individual complete the following steps:
1. Navigate to https://tda-go.intelligrants.com/
2. Click on "Login Assistance" (below submit button).
3. Enter email address associated with the existing account and username. An email will be sent to you with a temporary password.
NOTE: Be sure to highlight ONLY the alpha-numerical characters of the password provided, do not copy the spaces at the end of the temp password or it will not work.
4. Navigate back to the login page and attempt to login with username and password. The system will prompt you to update your password immediately upon login.
