AFFIRM THE BIBLICAL VIEW OF MARRIAGE, GENDER, AND BEHAVIOR – Warren honors and affirms marriage as established by God—a union between one man and one woman. (Genesis 2:24; Ephesians 5:31) In accordance with Scripture, sexual intimacy and sexual activity is appropriate only within the marriage relationship. (1 Corinthians 7:2; Hebrews 13:4) Warren believes God has created two distinct genders, male and female, each created within God’s perfect design. Additional Notes:

No one who has evidence of abusing/neglecting/depriving children or adults or has intentionally or through gross negligent misconduct subjected any person to serious injury can work in our preschool ministry.

No one is permitted to be in our preschool area who knowingly has contagious diseases or presents symptoms of fever or diarrhea.

Possessing, using, or being under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, tobacco or drugs (except medications prescribed by a physician which do not impair work performance) is not permissible.

No one under the influence of controlled substances can be in the preschool area nor responsible for children.
