THE GOOD FAITH DEPOSIT IS FULLY REFUNDABLE IF NOT APPROVED AND IS INTENDED TO PRIORITIZE THE SERIOUS APPLICANTS.
Once the application is approved, the good faith deposit is applied towards your lease payments. An apartment is only taken off market once a lease has been signed.
Once you complete the application request form then our office will send you the application email. The sooner we receive your documents then the better our chances are to secure you with first approval. Only 1 person from the entire group should be submitting this form and they will be the main point of contact.
3 Options to Submit the Good Faith Deposit:
1) ZELLE:
Refundable good faith deposit of $500 sent via zelle to the brokerage TorsX to their registered email ZELLE@TORSX.COM and the name can be saved as TorsX (or Rova) Zelle. IMPORTANT: The apartment address must be included in the memo
2) CREDIT CARD OR APPLE PAY (NOTE: 3% third party non-refundable transaction fee applies)
3) VENMO:
Alternatively, clients can submit the $500 good faith deposit via Venmo to @TorsX (Parent Name is REQCENTER LLC - For Venmo you will need to add $35 for the 3rd party non refundable Venmo fees. The total good faith sent via Venmo should be the good faith deposit + $35 fee)
