The NLF program is for individuals residing in the Promise Zone (STL City and parts of North STL County) and for individuals serving the Promise Zone through their work and/or volunteer efforts. To avoid losing any application data, we recommend filling out the whole application in one sitting. The application is estimated to take a maximum of 30 minutes.
