Prior to The Nutcracker Student Matinee performances, engage your students in educational content to help contextualize their experience. This optional pre-performance educational program is geared towards 2nd graders and includes activities for all. The presentation will incorporate movement activities for all students.

For the best experience, we recommend that no more than 45 students attend a session.

The classroom presentation is a 35-45-minute-long presentation lead by the Northern Plains Dance Staff that aims to give students additional insight prior to the Student Matinees. Selections will be confirmed with you directly based on instructor availablity.

Fees:

For schools within 15 miles radius of Northern Plains Dance = $1.50/student

For schools outside 15 miles radius of Northern Plains Dance (but no more than 35 miles) =$1.50/student + $15 Flat Fee Transportation Cost
