Proof of current vaccination for rabies, distemper/parvo & bordetella from your veterinarian are required to participate in any training service at Mighty Pet. You can have your vet email proof of current vaccinations to www.mightypet.lodge or you can bring copies in ahead of time to our reception desk.Your dog must also be current on a flea preventive of your choice before starting training.

For everyone’s safety, written proof of up to date Rabies, Distemper, Parvo and Bordetella vaccinations administered by a licensed veterinarian must be provided before a dog is allowed to attend training. The only exceptions are puppies under 16 weeks old enrolled in Puppy Class, who are only required to have their Distemper and Parvo vaccinations; and Remote Video Consultations where only proof of current Rabies vaccination is required.Dogs attending training at Mighty Pet are required to be current on flea prevention.For group training classes proof of vaccination and payment must be turned in to the Mighty Pet Reception Desk at least 7 days prior to the first class to qualify for early registration discounts.I understand that there are inherent risks associated with the presence of dogs in training. I assume full responsibility for my dog and myself. I understand and agree that Mighty Pet and its employees shall not be held liable for any injury or damage to any person, animal or property which results from the training or behavior of my pet. I further agree that Mighty Pet and its employees shall not be held liable for any costs or expenses incurred because of my pet’s participation in training, including injury, illness or escape.I understand that my participation in my dog’s training is vital to our success. I understand that my follow through will ultimately determine how my dog behaves in my presence. I agree to take an active role in my dog’s training at home and follow the recommendations given to me by my Mighty Pet trainer.I release the rights to all photographic material and personal information Mighty Pet may wish to release without obligation to me. Typically used for Social Media or Marketing of Dog Training Classes.I understand that 24 hours notice is required for all training cancelations. I further understand that canceling with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $12 cancelation charge.I understand that class costs and training packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.I understand that training packages are redeemable for 1 year from the date of purchase.Children under 18 years of age must attend class with a parent who will remain in the classroom
