  • Do you need a lighting and sound engineering tech? We can provide this service with a fee. (Costs depend on complexity. Minimum is $100)

      This form is only an application for rental. We will send you a rental agreement after checking our calendar if your desired date is available and a submission of this form. An agreement will be sent if conditions are met.

      You are required to get a one-day insurance with the landlord and HMTC as "additionally insured."
