Notes: You can add information of your event in the box below or ask us questions.
For shows where you have the public attend, we ask for a $25 cleaning deposit in check form at least two weeks in advance. The (check) deposit will be returned if the place is left clean and in usable condition.

For shows open to the public or paying customers we ask you acquire one-day-use insurance two weeks in advance. (The agreement will have specific instructions.) If you need day-use insurance, there are online options, or you can contact your own insurance company. If this poses issues talk to Silvia at 559-997-3838.

Private rehearsals do not require insurance. Just HMTC membership.

This form is only a application for rental. We will send you a rental agreement after submission of this form.
