    • $250 for a 24 hour use with the public invited. A $100 deposit at least two weeks in advance of date and $75 cleaning fee which will be refunded if the place is clean. You also must provide paperwork for one-day-use insurance. If you need day-use insurance we recommend www.eventsured.com  as a choice. Their rates seem reasonable. You can also find others. Ask us how to fill it out if you get to that point. 

      If you need the space for a short time, to hold the date a $25 deposit is required. The minimum time is 4 hours for $100. It's $25 each additional hour. No day insurance is needed, but we ask you to fill out the participant theater application at https://form.jotform.com/220843637074154 where there is a waiver.
