Booth Selection

Booths are rented on a first come, first served basis with priority given to sponsors. For information on sponsorships, contact director@ceasd.org
We can accommodate up to 15 vendors.

Important Event Information

Event begins at 4 p.m. on April 18, 2024 and ends at 4 p.m. on April 20, 2024. Booth setup begins at 2 p.m. on April 18, 2024. Booths must be completely taken down no later than 6 p.m. on April 20, 2024. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths along with mailing packages to the hotel in their company/organization name. Any vendors who have not paid in full by
April 1, 2024, will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given).
