• Christmas Closure & OCC Cut-Off Notice

     

    Dear Owners and Partners,

    As we prepare for the holiday season, please be advised that our office will be closed from 20 December 2025 to 04 January 2026. Normal operations will resume on 05 January 2026.

    The cut-off date for Owners Corporation Certificate (OCC) requests is 15 December 2025.

    • Urgent OCC Requests (1–2 business days) received on or before 15 December will be processed within the urgent timeframe.
    • Standard OCC Requests (3–5 business days) received by 15 December will also be completed before closure.
    • Any OCC requests lodged after the cut-off date, outside urgent timeframes, will be processed when we return in January 2026.
