BLACKTOBER IMPORTANT INFORMATION (PLEASE READ):
FRIDAY, OCT 27th 7pm-10pm.
FOOD VENDORS-$75; NON FOOD VENDORS-$50
- Your business is at least 51% Black and/or African American owned, operated, and controlled.
- EVENT TIME IS 7pm-10pm (ALL VENDORS MUST STAY UNTIL END OF EVENT).
- ONLY ONE business allowed per table. No sharing of spaces allowed.
- All Business owners are responsible for having someone at their table at all times.
- Business owners must povide your own tablecloth.
- If you are Accepted as a Vendor you must pay your Vendor Fee within 72 hrs.
- SETUP WILL Begin at 5:30 pm and must be ready to begin 6:45PM. Please note you must stay until the market ends which is 10:00PM.
- Please note: If you arrive after 6:30pm, you will not be allowed to set up and you will NOT be refunded your vendor Fee. Please plan to arrive on time.
- THIS EVENT IS OUTDOORS! In case of severe weather, we will contact you to notify in the event of a cancellation.
- This is an ALL OUTDOOR venue. All vendors are required to bring their own tent and lighting for their setup. A tent is not mandatory but recommended. (no bigger than 10X10).
- Generators Will not be provided, All vendors must provide their own electricity if needed.
- Absolutely NO REFUNDS.
