1. Stop and THINK - Take a few moments to focus before starting work. Are you fit for duty and not under the influence of Medications or Alcohol? Are you in the right frame of mind for work today? Take a moment to pause and check in with yourself. If you are not ok to start work - call the duty manager.*

8. Monitor and proceed safely - Continuously monitor the new controls that have been put in place. Make sure to check PPE for its suitability and serviceability.
