Guidelines should be available in final form and published by authoritative specialty medical societies/colleges/associations (for example, American College of Surgeons, American Society for Clinical Oncology, American Heart Association) . • FDA approval information should include safety and efficacy data, approved package inserts, and approval/clearance letters. • Any of the following will not be considered: abstracts, case reports, cost-effectiveness studies, manuscripts, posters or presentations, product dossiers, promotional materials, review articles (except as a source to identify primary studies), or white papers.
