Call For Artists Form

The Colorado Chautauqua + The New Local are excited to announce the 4th Annual Art in the Park Bear project!

We are calling on Front Range artists to decorate 15 fiberglass bear statues for a public art installation on the campus of the Colorado Chautauqua National Historic Landmark December 1 - April 16.

The exhibit will be free to the public.

The bears will also be part of an online auction. Funds raised will be shared with the artists, The Colorado Chautauqua and The New Local.

Artists pick up bears: October 26

Artists deliver bears to Chautauqua: November 29

Bears displayed at Chautauqua: December 1 - April 16
