  • Permission for Vendor/ Rental Equipment/ Amplified Sound

    Must be submitted a minimum of 15 business days prior to your reservation date.
  • Pre-approval is required for any Vendor, Delivery of Rented Equipment, and DJ/Live Music request.  This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Attractions:
      • Inflatables/bounce houses brought in by a vendor
        The following are prohibited:
        • Water attractions or equipment that require a continuous flow of water
        • Personally owned inflatables/bounce houses
      • Carnival/Yard games (when provided by a vendor)
      • Game trucks
      • Live animals/petting zoos
      • Entertainers/balloon artists/magicians
    • Food/dessert/beverage trucks
    • On-site catering
    • Amplified sound/DJ services/Live music
    • Portable restrooms
    • Equipment deliveries
    • Event tents
      • Event tents require underground utility surveys.

  • Great Parks will contact the vendors listed in your request form.  Once we have obtained a valid Certificate of Insurance from each vendor that meets our requirements, you will receive an email confirmation and your reservation confirmation will be updated.

    Great Parks must receive a valid Certificate of Insurance from each vendor prior to your event date. Submission of this form does NOT guarantee/equate approval.
