Permission for Vendor/ Rental Equipment/ Amplified Sound

Must be submitted a minimum of 15 business days prior to your reservation date.
Pre-approval is required for any Vendor, Delivery of Rented Equipment, and DJ/Live Music request. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Attractions:
  - Inflatables/bounce houses brought in by a vendor
    The following are prohibited:
    
    Water attractions or equipment that require a continuous flow of water
    
    Personally owned inflatables/bounce houses
  - Carnival/Yard games (when provided by a vendor)
  - Game trucks
  - Live animals/petting zoos
  - Entertainers/balloon artists/magicians
- Food/dessert/beverage trucks
- On-site catering
- Amplified sound/DJ services/Live music
- Portable restrooms
- Equipment deliveries
- Event tents
  - Event tents require underground utility surveys.

Great Parks will contact the vendors listed in your request form. Once we have obtained a valid Certificate of Insurance from each vendor that meets our requirements, you will receive an email confirmation and your reservation confirmation will be updated.

Great Parks must receive a valid Certificate of Insurance from each vendor prior to your event date. Submission of this form does NOT guarantee/equate approval.
