Those who have been enquiring about the cost to attend the international Camporee in Gillette, Wyoming USA we are instructing to do three things:
1.Pay their camporee registration fee.
2.Just save!!
3.Budget to spend approximately £1800.00
I can now give you the necessary information, please read it carefully and note that you will be flying to Chicago from London Gatwick Airport. Below is a breakdown of costs:
Flight:
£895.00 (16 plus)
£820.00 (2- 15 yrs)
This is the cost of block booking seats at a guaranteed price and will
require a deposit of £150.00 p/p (non-refundable) along with a copy of
the picture page in your passport. Please send a copy of the picture page in your passport to: renatela@adventist.uk.
This deposit MUST be paid by 20th October 2023 or we may lose this flight price! The balance will need to be paid by 29th February 2024.
Ground transportation, Hotel & Tour
£550.00 This includes the following:
• Round trip coach travel from Chicago to Gillette and return to Chicago inPremium Bus departing by 3 pm LOCAL time.
• One night accommodation in 3-star hotel with full hot breakfast(Hampton Inn & Suites) EACH way in QUAD Occupancy (2 total nights)
• Sightseeing of place on the way there: Wall City, SD & Badlands on the way to Gillette, Devil’s Monument & Mount Rushmore on the return
• Entrance Fees/Parking Fees
• Tour Manager for the entire group
Not included:
o Additional meals (non-breakfast) on road trip
o Single/Double/Triple Occupancy so prepare to share hotel rooms!
Camporee Expense
£400.00 This includes the following:
• Kitchen marquee and kitchen equipment.
• Tents (6.5ft high 5 people sharing & luggage, fully assembled).
• All meals (two meals per day, breakfast & evening meal).
• Other equipment as needed e.g. food storage unit.

Option 1.
£895.00 Flight (Deposit £150.00 non-refundable, to be paid by 20th October
No flexibility in this date. Payment by 31st March)
£550.00 Ground transportation, hotel & Tour (payment by 31st May)
£400.00 Camporee Expense (payment by 31st May)

Option 2.
Deposit £250.00 (non-refundable) to be paid by 31st October 23, balance to be paid by 31st May 2024

Please note: - Option 2 means you are arranging your own flight to Chicago, your flight must arrive in Chicago by 3.00pm on 4th August 2024
Option 3.
Deposit £200.00 (non-refundable) with registration balance to be paid by 31st May 2024

PLEASE NOTE - Option 3 is for those making their own way Gillette, Wyoming but are camping (in tent) with BUC in the international Village.
EXTENDED TOUR Please call Pastor Johns if you would like to go on the extended tour.
August 12-15 Post Camporee Adventist Heritage Tour (minimum of 100 pax for this to be cost-effective):
Price is £600.00 per person and includes:
-3 nights/4 days Accommodation in quality 3 star hotels similar to last time in QUAD occupancy.
-Daily hot breakfast
-Premium Coach transportation
-Trip Manager for group/Guide Tour
