If the Manufacturer of the Chair/Barstool is out of Business Trendler Warranty is null and void
If the Manufacturer of the Chair/Barstool is still in Business Trendler will replace the Swivel (If still manufactured) at no charge for Swivel but will charge Freight on the product shipped.
If the Manufacturer of the Chair/Barstool is out of Business Trendler will charge for replacement swivel and freight on product shipped.
