Welcome to the PXR Ports Headset Booking Service!
Headsets are available for reservation at each of our three Ports, located in Vancouver, Toronto, and Kingston. Reservations are free for conference pass holders.

First, please determine the presentation(s) you wish to attend. Find the full conference schedule here: PXR 2023 Conference Schedule

Once you've decided the presentation(s) you will attend in VR using our Port Service, fill out this form selecting the Port nearest to you, which will bring up a calendar and times. Select the corresponding date and time of the presentation(s) you plan to see.

Reminder: Headset reservations are free for conference pass holders.
Non-pass holders can reserve a headset to attend one-off conference events for an additional fee of $20/event or $40/day.
