TERMS AND CONDITIONS
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!! Information changes from year to year. Current applicants are responsible for all current information.
PLEASE MAKE NOTE: There have been some additions added to the map this year, including an additional food alley on the south end of the festival. There will also be an additinal kid zone near Delaware street.
- "FULL MENU": You sell a selection of items, one of which includes protein.
- "SELECT MENU": You sell no protein items. (ex. snowcones, root beer)
- TMSA reserves the right to exclude any vendor for any reason.
- Booth locations may change from year to year, at our discretion only.
- Fees are due upon submission of application.
- If you are not selected, your payment will be promptly returned.
- Applications are time-stamped as they are received. This timestamp determines the order in which spaces are assigned but has no bearing on who will be selected for the show.
- You will be notified by email or telephone once you are accepted. Staff will notify you within 7-10 business days from your submission date.
- Once you have been selected for the show you will be asked to provide proof of $1,000,000 liability insurance.

- Group A: Morgan Street, Full Menu - $750 (Morgan Street spots 1-10)

- Group B: Norris Park, Muskogeee Ave, Select Menu - $400 (A8, B10, B12, B14)
- 110 electric/NO water
- SETUP - Thursday April 25th: 5:30 PM
- Show time is Friday, Noon- 9:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Group C: Muskogee Avenue, Select Menu- $350 - (D22, D27, F1)
- NO WATER, NO ELECTRIC, GENERATOR REQUIRED
- SETUP - Thursday April 25th: 5:30 PM
- Show time is Friday, Noon - 9:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Group D: Muskogee Avenue, Select Menu (Space F24, F26, F28, F30) - $400

- Group E: Delaware St, Full Menu (Space E1, E2, E3, E4, E5, E6) - $600

SHOW INFORMATION: The show will be held on Friday & Saturday, April 26th and 27th, 2024. The show opens to the public on Friday from NOON - 9:00 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Tear down may not begin prior to 8:00 PM on Saturday. THIS IS AN OUTDOOR FESTIVAL. FESTIVAL WILL BE HELD RAIN OR SHINE, BUT IS SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION IN CASE OF SEVERE WEATHER.
TEAR DOWN: Please make sure all trash and boxes have been removed from your area. There are several dumpsters throughout the festival in which to dispose items. Please DO NOT remove barricades to exit the festival before 10:00PM. If you need to exit before 10:00pm, please locate a volunteer or contact Command Central to send a volunteer to assist you. This has been a safety concern in the past and we would appreciate your cooperation to keep our community members safe.
REFUNDS: There will be no refunds once you are accepted to the show.
SECURITY: TMSA will provide overnight security Thursday & Friday evening. Security Fees are included. You may leave your trailer/truck intact overnight. MERCHANDISE MAY BE LEFT OVERNIGHT AT YOUR OWN RISK. TMSA is not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur during the show.
ADVERTISING: Advertising for the show will occur in various online/print festival publications. In addition, TV and radio stations will be notified via multiple press releases. The festival is also advertised on the TMSA website and numerous local websites.
LOCATION: Downtown Tahlequah. NORRIS PARK IS TOBACCO-FREE, WITH NO SMOKING INSIDE THE EXHIBITION AREA.
SALES TAX: In accordance with state law, ALL VENDORS must include a copy of their State of Oklahoma sales tax permit. For those that don’t have a sales tax permit, instructions will be included in your packet.
LIABILITY WAIVER AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
By submitting this form vendor agrees that they will be responsible for their own security during the Show, including set-up, tear-down, and regular show hours. Overnight security will be provided Thursday & Friday night from 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM. In consideration for the opportunity to be a vendor at the Show, the vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tahlequah Main Street Association, Inc., the City of Tahlequah, Tahlequah Area Chamber of Commerce, its members, representatives, sponsors and show venue from any damage or loss accruing to you, your agents, representatives, affiliates, business, sole proprietorship, organization or your property, which might occur during your participation at the Show.
Media Release: By submitting this form I consent to be photographed, interviewed and/or videotaped by representatives of TMSA, and media outlets (newspaper, T.V. & radio stations, etc.). Any information or images obtained from those activities may be reproduced by TMSA, and/or the public media for use in advertising, publicity, or educational activities, including but not limited to websites, publications, videos, print, and television news. I hereby waive any claims I may have and release TMSA, and its representatives, from liability of claims arising out of such activities.
