*The lifespan of your jewelry will depend on lifestyle, activity level, job and other external factors. One thing to remember as with most jewelry, is to avoid high levels of chlorine or chemicals that can deteriorate the structure of the gold or silver. Our chains are made with quality 14k solid, 14k gold fill, sterling silver & stainless steel, and we always recommend you be mindful of what perfume's, body lotions or sprays you are using.
*Our pieces are durable, though they are not indestructible. Please use care and caution when wearing as you do with any jewelry. The daintier the chain, the more fragile it is.
*Often times medical procedures or MRIs require you to remove your items. If you must remove your jewelry, use wire cutters or toenail clippers at the jump ring weld spot. Don't worry about saving the jump ring, we can replace and weld a new one at no charge.
*Bee & Poppi will gladly re-weld a jump ring and/or resize your chain at any point. However, any additional chain, clasps or charms used are subject to a fee. If you are local, come in anytime that is convenient so we can repair it. If you are not local, you can ship it to us. We will add a clasp and send it back until you are able to make it back to us or visit a PJ artist in your area.
*Tarnish or metal allergy warranty: Please personally email or reach out to us regarding any tarnish or allergy issues (beeandpoppi@gmail.com)
1-30 days of purchase: we will replace the piece with the same chain or value at no charge. If you do not want a chain, we will offer a 50% refund when the chain is returned to us.
31-90 days of purchase: we will replace the piece at 50% off or offer a 20% refund when you return the chain to us. Customer is responsible for shipping fees if they are not local on any chain returns.
91 days and after: the customer is responsible for replacement, and no refunds or discounts are offered.
*Lost chain warranty: To be eligible for a lost chain warranty, the exact same chain and placement must be used.
1-7 days of purchase: we will replace the chain at 100% discount, no cash refunds given.
8-90 days of purchase: we will replace the chain at 50% discount, no cash refunds given.
91 days and after : the customer is responsible for replacement and no refunds are offered.
