Let's create some beautiful holiday photos for your annual holiday card or gifts for friends and family; or let's be honest for you!

15 minute session in a quiet private space (perfect for any dogs who may be reactive or anxious)

Maximum of 2 dogs per session time.

If you sign up and cancel at least 3 days prior to the session, you can receive either a full refund or use the session fee towards a future event/private session. Anyone cancelling within 3 days of the session, will be able to use their fee towards a future event.

MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Sandra McCarthy Photography, the photographer, to photograph my pets. I hereby grant and understand that the photographer may use my images (but not limited too) social media, in an online portfolio, in an advertisement etc., and there will be no compensation to the above.*

PORTRAIT SESSION AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I understand that my session is not confirmed until the retainer is paid. My retainer is non -refundable. If I need to reschedule/cancel, I will notify the photographer as soon as possible so the time can be opened for someone else. If no other timeframe is available on that weekend, my retainer fee can be applied to a future session. If Sandra McCarthy Photography cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return any retainer fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. Print products will be ready for delivery approximately four weeks after the photo session date, digital files will be available within two weeks. Due to the custom nature of the artwork, all orders are final. However, your satisfaction of the quality of the artwork/print is guaranteed. If client is not satisfied with the product when received, item will be replaced at no charge. The Client is responsible for digital storage of all digital media purchased. Clients purchasing digital images will receive a Copyright License Agreement from Sandra McCarthy Photography that will allow the client to reproduce and distribute all purchased digital images, so long as it is for their personal enjoyment. Clients may not utilize the images for commercial use, photo contests, or alter the image in any way other than cropping when printing. If the client has purchased digital images, Sandra McCarthy Photography shall not be responsible for the quality of any item the Client has chosen to print on their own. Any digital image purchased shall be delivered in JPG format. Only images that have been resized for the web may be posted online. The client will receive a watermarked web file of each purchased image that can be used for online sharing.*
