        • TERMS AND CONDITIONS

          Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing, to make sure you can use the package accordingly!

          These packages will be available starting 10:00 am Wednesday, November 13, 2024.

          • Up to ten (10) packages for each type will be available for purchase.
          • A student may purchase up to one (1) of each type of package.
          • These packages are valid for 365 days from the first class it is used for.
          • These packages will not be eligible for freezing or extensions for any reasons.
          • These packages are valid for both online and studio classes.
          • Group classes credits can be used for Studio Practice Time.
          • These packages must be activated (first class used) by March 1, 2025.
          • These packages may be shared with immediate family members (please email us after confirming your purchase to turn this on). However, Priority Booking is extended to only the main package holder, and not to the family member as well.
          • A student with the group class packages (Package 1: Next Level Fun and Package 2: Next Level Movement) may use them for Stellar classes and Term classes (separate Stellar fee will still apply).
          • A student with these One Year Packages will be eligible for priority booking. Booking for private classes and/or group classes (whichever they hold a package for), will open for them one day before the regular monthly class booking window opens. 
          • Selling closes on January 31, 2025, or when ten (10) packages for each are sold, whichever comes first.
          • Private classes included in these packages are for sixty (60) minutes each, and for one (1) person. Fees apply for additional people and time for each private class.
          • Please wait for our email confirmation if you got a slot for a package, or if you are on the waitlist.
          • Upon receiving confirmation that you got a slot, payment is due within one (1) week to confirm your package. If the slot is not confirmed within one (1) week with payment, we will offer the slot to the next person in line.
            Installment payments are allowed but limited to the following terms: 
            • 50% downpayment within 1 week of sign up to confirm your slot. 
            • 50% balance is due on or before December 15, 2024. 
          • No refunds. If 50% balance is not made on December 15, 2024, the downpayment may be converted to our regular class packages.
