    Description of Service


    GoTo HUB, by GoTo HUB AB, is a digital platform that promotes and sells travel, experiences, and activities in Sweden.

    For Suppliers: Providers of activities in Sweden can list and sell their offerings on GoTo HUB, reaching a wider customer base and also benefiting from potential commission structures.

    For Sales Partners: They can use GoTo HUB to recommend products and activities to guests, enhancing their travel experience. Partners also have the opportunity to earn commissions from these recommendations.

    This collaboration aims to boost local tourism revenues, with the Agreement detailing rights and responsibilities for all involved parties.

     

    Commercial Conditions

     
    Suppliers Commission (What it costs to be sold): 

    All commissions are based on the sales price towards end customer

    GOTO takes below stated commission: 

     

    20% on tours and activities

    15% on accommodations

    10% on tickets and events*

    Commissions are inclusive of VAT 

     
    If you use our service GoTo Booking and/or GoTo Packaging and sell your own products via your own homepage, a 6% commission fee will apply. This commission includes VAT.

     
    Sales Partner's Commission (What you earn when re-selling): 

    All commissions are based on the sales price towards end customer

    GoTo HUB gives below stated commission: 

     

    10% on tours and activities

    5% on accommodations

    2,5% on tickets and events* 

    Commissions are inclusive of VAT 

     

    *eg. Entrance to a museum, concert tickets or similar

     
    Payout Timing: 

    Settlements are made within 30 days after the customer uses the product/service. GOTO may adjust the payment schedule based on intermediary processing times.

     
    Termination: 

    Both the Supplier/Sales Partner and GoTo HUB have the right to terminate the Agreement with a three (3) months' written notice. Products will remain available for purchase during this notice period. After the termination is effective, both parties are obligated to remove all references to the service."

    Modification of Terms:

    Please be advised that the terms stipulated within the Contract are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of GoTo HUB. Any modifications will be communicated appropriately, and continued use or engagement after such modifications constitutes acceptance of these revised terms."
