EVENT AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I understand that my event is not confirmed until the retainer is paid. Weather cancellations will be made at the planners discretions. My event will remain within the scheduled end time frame. Deposit/retainer fee is NON-REFUNDABLE**If I need to reschedule I will give contact prior to 1 week notice of said reserved date, otherwise I forfeit transfer of my retainer for a new date. I will do my best to reschedule my event within 2 weeks of original date in the event that Something unexpected happens.
