    If a serious issue arises or rules are repeatedly not followed, Munchyfest may need to end your participation to protect the integrity of our market.

    If you need to cancel, just let us know in writing at least 30 days before your next scheduled date.

    By agreeing to participate in the Munchyfest Farmers Market and Food Truck Experience, I confirm that:

    1. I understand the event's reliance on underwriting agreements for its promotion and operation.
    2. I will strictly comply with all Department of Environmental Health regulations and local authority rules.
    3. I accept that any violations threatening the underwriting agreements or event integrity will lead to my immediate removal and permanent exclusion from future Munchyfest events.
    4. I commit to operating at the highest standards to maintain the event's success and reputation.
    5. I recognize that my participation is subject to ongoing adherence to these conditions.
