Thanks for your interest in selling your art on MDArtGalleries! Please read the agreement below, sign, then submit to request an invoice. We will email you an invoice with a link to pay by credit card or bank transfer. You may also choose to receive a call for payment by phone.

By signing below and paying for the yearly subscription on this form you are giving consent to MD Art Galleries and Archival Arts Inc. to use your digitized art images for the sole purpose of selling any size reproductions of your copyrighted art on the MDArtGalleries website. This agreement does not give Archival Arts or MD Art Galleries rights to create reproductions of your copyrighted files for any purpose other than for sales related to this agreement. Archival Arts Inc. will fulfill all orders taken by MDArtgalleries.com. Each order will include some or all of the following charges: Print, Framing, Artist Markup, Tax and Shipping. Tax, Framing and Shipping will not be included in the Artist markup percentage and will therefore be added on to the cost of the order after Artist Markup and 10% commission for Archival Arts is calculated. The Artist Markup and 10% commission for Archival Arts will be taken out of the cost of the marked up print price only, (For example: If Archival Arts' cost of the print is $20 and the Artist Markup is 100%, the customer will pay $40 for the print. Archival Arts will then subtract $20 for the print cost and $4, (10%) commission fee from the total sale. The remaining $16 will be distributed to the artist. The artist will be given a choice how they will accept payment for their portion of the sale; either by a credit on their Archival Arts account or by electronic transfer. A summary of public sales will be recorded on the Artist's MDArtGalleries account and full invoices will be available to the artist upon request. MD Art Galleries cannot guarantee advertising will be provided for the website regularly, however an advertising budget will be determined by website sales and spent to drive buyers to the site. In the spirit of crowd-sourcing buyers, artists are strongly encouraged to make some effort to refer potential customers to the site so all may benefit. The purpose of the $300 yearly subscription fee is to give artists a forum to sell their art at a significantly lower cost than creating their own e-commerce website, while benefiting from a group of crowd-sourced buyers provided by fellow subscribers and advertising.
