Our Transportation:
Our transportation service offers convenience and reliability. When you schedule an appointment, we will pick you up from your chosen location and take you to our facility. After your appointment, we will return you to your pick-up location in the afternoon or early evening. However, please keep in mind that it is recommended not to schedule any important activities such as travel, dinner, or theater for the same evening as your appointment. We cannot guarantee the exact time of our return as there may be unforeseen circumstances that could cause delays. If you have procedures that require multiple visits, they will need to be scheduled on non-consecutive days.
One potential drawback of our transportation service is that you will be traveling with other patients. This means there is a possibility of delays if another patient's dental procedure takes longer than expected. Despite this inconvenience, we strive to provide the best service possible and ensure timely transportation for all our patients.
No medications (other than for dental needs) or alcohol can be in our transportation vehicles.
Self-transport
One advantage of driving yourself is that most procedures that require multiple visits can be completed the next day. By driving yourself, you are not obligated to wait for other patients to finish their work. Additionally, you have the freedom to shop for medications, prescription glasses, and local products at your convenience.
Cancellation Policy:
When you make an appointment with us, we allocate that time specifically for you and make preparations accordingly. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 48 business hours in advance. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise; however, repeated failure to attend appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee of $25.00. In certain cases, we may also require a deposit upfront in order to reschedule your appointment. The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your treatment but will be forfeited if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours once again.
