    Custom Balloons & Decor | Completing this short form helps us gather your special occasion requests easily so that we can focus on providing you with amazing decorations!
  • We'd love to work with you!  But to ensure that we provide the best service to our paying clients, we do limit the time that we spend on unpaid consultations or inquiries.  A minimum nonrefundable retainer of $125 is required to secure your date and book our services, so please be ready to make that payment when you reach out to us.  Your retainer will also be applied to your final balance.  Thank you!

  • We require a 2 hour minimum for small setups, but prefer to have as much time as possible. We do not require you to be present during the setup, we just need access to the venue.

  •  Venue Walkthrough Consultations: 

    Monday–Friday
    🕘 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
    Other times may be available upon request, depending on event schedule.

    Non-refundable fee credited toward final event decor invoice if you book Golden Touch Creations within 7 days of the walkthrough. The walkthrough ensures that your your setup is flawless! We offer a venue walkthrough to assess spacing/layout, venue rules, and to discuss all decorating options.  

    The walk through fee is $25.

    Clients are responsible for coordinating walkthrough access with the venue.  Walkthroughs are scheduled based on availability, typically weekday evenings or early weekends. We'll confirm a time once your request is submitted.
