The Meet Report must be submitted within 7 days of meet completion.

INSTRUCTIONS: If competition occurred over more than 6 Sessions, please complete a separate form for the additional sessions.

You may upload any LSC required Post Meet files and PDF's in the form below. A list of files that need to be submitted to the Sanction Manager include:
- List of Attending Teams (with club code)
- List of any 'unattached' swimmers, with LSC
- Coach Sign-In Sheets
- Final Results Print Out in PDF format
- Unlocked Back-Up file - if you have not already sent this in
- Meet Results zip file
If you encounter errors uploading files or the SUBMIT cycle does not complete on screen, please check your email to see if you have a confirmation before resubmitting.

You may also SAVE your work, clear your cache, then return to the form to submit.

You will be able to preview the report before submitting. A PDF copy will automatically be sent to the person submitting the report.

Please do not fill in boxes for session numbers that did not happen at your meet (example: a 3 session meet should have blanks under 4, 5, 6). Time Trials should be listed as a separate session.
