Starting at 3 pm, there are half hour time slots that you can sign up for with a maximum of two consecutively, totaling for one hour at a time. This helps avoid overlaps and to better optimize time in the afternoons, allowing more time for all our musicians!

The 3:00 pm-10:00 pm time slots are segmented into 30-minute intervals. By providing two calendars, users have the flexibility to reserve a full, uninterrupted 60-minute session (selecting two 30-minute time slots) with just one form submission. This is particularly helpful since 60 minutes is the maximum duration allowed for a single user/reservation during this time frame.
All "calendars" display real-time availability. Thus, there are two calendars - one starting at the top of the hour (00:00-00:30) and the other starting 30 minutes in (00:30-00:00), to avoid doubling booking a single half-hour time slot.
