Status: Part-time
Rate: $11 per hour
Hours: 1:30 pm – 6:00 pm
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and supervise programs and activities within the core program areas: Academic Success, Good Character & Citizenship, and Healthy Lifestyles
Prepare Youth for Success – Create an environment that facilitates the achievement of Youth Development Outcomes:
- Promote and stimulate Program participation
- Participate in new member orientation process
- Provide guidance and role modeling for members
Program Development and Implementation
- Effectively implement and administer programs, services, and activities to ensure safety of members, quality of programs, and appearance of the Club at all times
- Monitor and evaluate programs, services, and activities to ensure safety of members, quality of programs, and appearance of the Club at all times. Prepare periodic activity reports
Supervision
- Ensure a productive work environment by participating in daily/weekly staff meetings
