Status: Part-time 20-30 hours per week
Rate: $13-$15 per hour
Hours: 1:30 pm – 6:30 pm
Primary Function:
Plan, implement, and supervise programs and activities within the core program areas: Academic Success, Good Character & Citizenship, and Healthy Lifestyles
Prepare Youth for Success – Create an environment that facilitates the achievement of Youth Development Outcomes:
§ Promote and stimulate Program participation
§ Participate in new member orientation process
§ Provide guidance and role modeling for members
Program Development and Implementation
§ Effectively implement and administer programs, services, and activities to ensure safety of members, quality of programs, and appearance of the Club at all times
§ Monitor and evaluate programs, services, and activities to ensure safety of members, quality of programs, and appearance of the Club at all times. Prepare periodic activity reports
Supervision
§ Ensure a productive work environment by participating in daily/weekly staff meetings
