    We are excited to come alongside you and your ministry and help you have a fruitful outcome for your event. Thank you so much for taking the time to submit this request for your event. This form is designed to collect ALL your information. That means general calendar details, registration info, graphics, and audio/video.

    10 weeks before your event date, or  
    6 weeks before the launch date 
     
    What does the launch date mean? The launch date is when your event is made public (registration opens or promotion begins). The default launch date is 4 Sundays before the event. 
     
    4 weeks before the event date is the default launch date. 
     
    Due to many moving parts and ministries happening simultaneously, we need those 4 weeks to promote your event effectively. This doesn't mean you get 4 weeks of promotion; this means CCSG has 4 weeks to get it promoted. Some events will get a smaller promotion window.
     
    Example of Submission Timeline: 
    Submission Date: March 2, 2025 (6 weeks to launch Sunday) 
    Launch Date: April 13, 2025 (4 weeks for a promotion window) 
    Event Date: May 10, 2025 (10 weeks from when the form was submitted)

    We desire to adhere to a cohesive look across all ministries. That look is dictated by our CCSG brand guide, which uses a particular set of colors and the proper use of our logo. Additionally, we have adopted the practice of implementing Season Kits throughout the year. A season kit is the current season's look or theme. Your event graphics will be influenced by the two reasons mentioned above but rest assured that we will do our best to bring the vision of your ministy to life. Please share concepts with us if you would like to speak into the design of the graphics.

    You will get 2 revisions total. Graphics will be finalized after the second revision.
