3. Fault Descriptions must be concise & follow the required structure:
   1. Part Description
   2. Part Dimensions (write "N/A" if not measurable)
   3. Fault Description
   4. Photo or Video clearly showing the one fault
4. Claims lacking this structure or sufficient evidence will not be processed and voided.
5. Submitting multiple separate claims will delay processing.
