EVENT AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I understand that my event is not confirmed until the retainer is paid. Weather cancellations will be made at the planners discretions. My event will remain within the scheduled end time frame. If I need to reschedule I will give contact prior to 72 hours notice of said reserved date, otherwise I forfeit transfer of my retainer for a new date. I will do best to reschedule my event within 2 weeks of original date and try my best to accommodate planners schedule.
