CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
By clicking submit, I promise that the information provided in this employment application (and from any accompanying resume or documentation) is true and complete, and I understand that any false or misleading information or significant omissions may disqualify me from further consideration for employment, and may lead to my immediate dismissal from employment if discovered at a later date. I agree to disclose to CD Exchange any pending criminal proceedings involving myself and immediately notify CD Exchange should I be convicted of a felony, or any crime involving dishonesty, breach of trust, controlled substances, sexual misconduct, abuse, or violence, while my job application is pending, or during my period of employment, if hired. I hereby authorize any investigator or duly accredited representative of CD Exchange bearing this release to obtain any information from schools, residential management agents, employers, criminal justice agencies, or individuals, relating to my activities. This information may include, but is not limited to, academic, residential, achievement, performance, attendance, personal history, disciplinary, arrest, and conviction records. I hereby direct you to release such information upon request of the bearer. I understand that the information released is for official use by CD Exchange and may be disclosed to such third parties as necessary in the fulfillment of official responsibilities. I hereby release any individual, including record custodians, from any and all liability for damages of whatever kind or nature which may at any time result to me on account of compliance, or any attempts to comply with this authorization. I understand that this application does not create a contract of employment. I understand that, if hired, I am obliged to comply with any and all current and subsequently adopted CD Exchange policies. I understand and agree that, if hired, my employment is for no definite period of time, and may, regardless of the date of payment of my wages or salary, be terminated at any time for any reason, with or without cause. I understand that no person is authorized to change any of these terms mentioned in this employment application except in writing, signed by the company president. I understand that if I am hired, I will be required to read and follow a written policy handbook. If, after reading the CD Exchange Policy Handbook, I do not agree with the polices I may at that time elect to not continue my employment with CD Exchange.
